Bruce Shortt

Admitted to the Texas Bar in 1984 and to the New York Bar in 1987, Bruce N. Shortt has a law degree from Harvard University and a doctorate in philosophy from Stanford University. His practice areas have included  domestic and international restructurings, corporate governance, financings, and mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Shortt also is a published author and has spoken publicly on financial issues including for the Free Enterprise Institute, the Banking Law Institute, the General Electric Capital Corporation, and the Weil, Gotshal & Manges program for clients on the Pan American World Airways bankruptcy and airline reorganizations.
